Players find themselves in the role of a well respected hostage negotiator, who is still recovering from previous trauma. Players will be contacted by an old acquaintance, and asked to negotiate the release of ten hostages being held by a group of criminals at a local bank after they fail to rob the bank during a routine armored truck delivery.
Inspired by Choose Your Own Adventures games, Situation Line puts players in the eyes of a hostage negotiator who must carefully decide what decisions and statements to make to negotiate the release of the hostages.
Situation Line comes with 4 unique endings, and a branching story where users can interact with anywhere between 1-6 different characters depending on their decisions. Additionally, Situation Line has branching story lines making it impossible for a player to interact with all characters. Players will experience many different view points and story based on their negotiation style.
